Bible Study, prayers, and support for your weight loss journey

Most anyone who has ever tried to lose weight knows that it's easier to do with a support group. No matter how you may be trying to lose weight, you are invited to a support group here on Facebook.

Psalm 139:14 says, "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." Come find support, Bible study, prayer, ideas, and encouragement on your weight loss journey.

It will be a very casual, friendly group. There will be no criticism, no requirements, no counting calories (unless you want to!), and no required attendance. There will be Bible study, prayer, frustration-sharing as well as great ideas, and lots of support!
